They apply to videos, Screens, titles, thumbnails, descriptions, comments, links, live features when introduced, and all other activity on AbhhyamPlay.com. They should be read with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Copyright Policy.

- Do not use a trademark, logo, photograph or name without the necessary permission.
- Describe your Screen and its purpose accurately.
- Select the correct country, state, district, language and category.

Before Uploading a Video
A creator should complete this check before selecting Publish:
- I created this content, or I have valid permission and licences to use it.
- The title, thumbnail and description accurately represent the video.
- People shown or heard have provided consent where legally required.
- Private personal information has been removed or lawfully included.
- Paid promotions, sponsorships and affiliate relationships are disclosed.

- Credible threats, incitement to violence, terrorist or violent-extremist promotion.
- Non-consensual sexual content, sexual exploitation or unlawful obscene material.

- Malware, credential theft, malicious links or unauthorised data collection.
- Illegal or restricted goods, services or transactions.
- Instructions intended to bypass law, moderation, security or platform restrictions.
Truthful Business and Opportunity Content
Business, livelihood and opportunity videos require particular care. Creators must:
- State whether an opportunity is employment, self-employment, distributorship, franchise, advisory work, membership or independent contracting.
- Disclose material fees, investment, eligibility, conditions and risks before asking a viewer to register or pay.
- Avoid phrases such as “guaranteed income”, “assured job”, “risk-free return” or “government approved” unless the exact claim is legally valid and documented.
- Distinguish current results from examples, projections or future plans.
- Do not create artificial urgency, fake scarcity, fabricated testimonials or misleading success stories.
- Link viewers to the official detailed terms applicable to the offer.
Titles, Thumbnails, Tags and Links
- Use a title and thumbnail that fairly represent the main content.
- Do not use unrelated public figures, logos, emergencies, earnings or shocking images merely to attract clicks.
- Use relevant tags; do not repeat popular but unrelated keywords.
- Do not include deceptive, unsafe or malicious external links.
- Area labels must reflect where the content or opportunity is genuinely relevant.
Copyright and Permissions
- Upload only content you created or are legally authorised to use.
- Permission to view or download a work does not automatically grant permission to republish it.
- Keep licences, music permissions, model releases and other evidence of rights.
- Use A Play’s copyright process to report infringement; do not submit knowingly false complaints.
- If notified of a claim, use available options such as removal, mute, replacement, dispute or lawful counter-notice.
Privacy and Personal Information
- Do not reveal another person’s address, phone number, identity document, bank information, medical information or other sensitive data without lawful authority.
- Take additional care when filming at homes, schools, hospitals, workplaces and private events.
- Do not secretly record private conversations where recording is unlawful or violates a reasonable expectation of privacy.
- Use approximate area labels instead of precise personal location unless precision is necessary and consented to.
AI-Generated and Altered Media
- Disclose realistic synthetic or materially altered audio, video or images when viewers could mistake them for genuine events or statements.
- Do not use cloned voices, deepfakes or altered media to impersonate, defraud, harass or mislead.
- AI assistance does not remove the creator’s responsibility for accuracy, rights and safety.
- A Play may add a label, restrict distribution or remove harmful synthetic content.
Comments and Community Behaviour
- Discuss ideas respectfully; disagreement is permitted, abuse is not.
- Do not threaten, harass, shame, stalk or repeatedly target another user.
- Do not post spam, repetitive promotions, referral links or unrelated advertisements.
- Do not coordinate fake comments, likes, dislikes, views or follows.
- Creators may moderate comments, but must not manipulate engagement or silence lawful criticism through false reports.
Area-Based Distribution
A Play may prioritise videos by language, state, district, city or PIN code. To keep this useful:
- Select only areas genuinely connected to the video.
- Do not tag many unrelated districts merely to increase reach.
- Use local-language titles or captions where helpful.
- Location priority does not guarantee views, registrations, leads or business results.
Spam and Artificial Engagement
- Do not upload the same or substantially similar video repeatedly without a genuine reason.
- Do not buy, sell or exchange artificial views, likes, comments or followers.
- Do not use bots, scripts, multiple accounts or misleading incentives to manipulate rankings.
- Do not mass-message users or post repetitive promotional comments.
- Reasonable sharing through WhatsApp, social media, websites and genuine communities is permitted.
Reporting Content
Use the Report function when you reasonably believe content violates law or A Play policies. Select the closest reason, identify the relevant timestamp and provide supporting details. Reports should not be used to settle personal disagreements, suppress criticism or target competitors.
How A Play May Respond
Depending on severity, context, history and legal requirements, A Play may:
- Provide guidance or request correction.
- Add a label, age restriction or reduced recommendation.
- Disable comments, sharing, monetisation or another feature.
- Remove a video or other content.
- Issue a warning or strike.
- Temporarily restrict uploading or suspend a Screen.
- Terminate an account for severe or repeated violations.
- Preserve or report information where required for safety or law enforcement.
Ordinary mistakes may receive an explanation and correction opportunity where appropriate. Serious illegality, child-safety concerns, credible harm, fraud or binding legal requests may require immediate action.
Appeals and Human Review
- Read the decision notice and identify the specific reason.
- Submit one clear appeal with relevant facts and supporting evidence.
- Explain whether the issue concerns context, ownership, mistaken identity or factual error.
- Do not submit repeated, abusive or false appeals.
- Eligible disputed decisions may be reviewed by a person; review does not guarantee reversal.
